About 15 years ago when I used to coach in middle school, I saw a humorous highlight from an actual high school game. It made the national news. A team had the ball underneath their basket. One of the players went to the corner and got on his hands and knees and barked like a dog. It distracted the other team and a guy snuck across the lane and got an easy pass for the lay-up. Some of our kids had seen it also and thought it was cool. We actually put the play in and practiced it although we never took it very seriously. We never used it in a game. I had never heard of or seen such a play used before or since. Would it be legal today?
